We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.1 Level AA where reasonably achievable for our website, ordering flow, and customer-facing content.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review the site as features, designs, forms, content, and third-party tools change.

As part of our accessibility process, we review the website using automated and manual checks, including:

• Automated accessibility scanning with axe and Playwright
• Keyboard-only navigation checks
• Focus visibility checks
• Form label and error-message checks
• Color contrast review
• Heading and landmark review
• Customer order flow review
• Admin/ops spot checks where applicable

We are working to identify and correct accessibility issues. Known issues, if any, will be documented after each audit pass.

If an audit finds Critical or Serious issues, our goal is to address those issues before treating the related page or flow as launch-ready. Moderate or Minor issues may be documented and prioritized for future remediation depending on their impact, complexity, and available fixes.

Some parts of the website may rely on third-party services, including payment, analytics, consent, security, email, or embedded tools. We do not control every part of those third-party services, but we try to choose tools that support accessibility and we review issues when we become aware of them.
