How long does it take?
You see an instant preview of your sticker the moment you upload your art. A designer-checked proof follows by email within 24 hours, and production takes 3–5 business days after you approve it.
What file types do you accept?
PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, and PSD. Transparent PNG or vector files work best.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Just fill in your details, upload your art, and check out.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe Checkout.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Yes. We send a free digital proof unless you choose the print-ready option.
What if I need changes to my proof?
Reply to the proof email with your feedback and we'll revise it.
I haven't received my order confirmation or order number — what should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first, then add [email protected] to your contacts so your confirmation and future updates (proof, shipping) reach your inbox. If you still can't find it, contact us with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend your confirmation right away.
What materials do you use?
Standard White Vinyl (laminated), Heavy-Duty Vinyl (6mil), and Holographic Vinyl. All are durable, weather-resistant, and UV-safe.
What sizes are available?
Individual stickers come in preset sizes from 2" to 5" (quantities 25–1,000), plus any custom size priced instantly on the order page. Sticker sheets come in 4×6" and 5×7".
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the US. Contact us for international inquiries.
Can I get a refund?
If there's a printing error on our end, we'll reprint or refund. Contact us and we'll make it right.
What if my file isn't the right format?
We accept most common formats. If your file needs minor cleanup, we offer an art cleanup service — just select it when placing your order.
What finishes are available?
Matte or gloss. Laminated by default; an unlaminated option is available at checkout.
Are the stickers laminated?
Yes — every sticker is laminated by default for scratch, water, and UV protection. At checkout you can skip lamination for 10% off; unlaminated stickers are best for indoor or short-term use.
